Where are your products produced?
All prints, frames and canvases are printed and manufactured with love right here in New Zealand. 

Do you offer international shipping? 
Sure do! All products can be sent internationally. Currently I'm running a promotion and all framed prints and canvas prints will be shipped free by DHL anywhere in the world!

Wait what? Free international shipping!? Are you sure?
Yes I am sure, just don't tell the boss. Heck of a deal. Get on it!

Will I have to pay duty and customs charges on international shipments?
If you reside in the United States, Great Britain, Canada, Australia or New Zealand, all duty and customs charges are included in the price. In other countries you may be responsible for paying any duties, sales tax and customs clearance charges that may be due on entry to your country.

What are your printing/framing production times?
Print Only: 3-5 working days
Framed Prints: 10 working days
Canvas Prints: 10 working days
You should also allow an extra 1-2 days for shipping within New Zealand, 2-3 days to Australia and North America, 3-4 days to Europe.

Do you have an order cutoff for Christmas delivery?
As all products are printed to order and Christmas is the busiest time of year I advise you order framed prints and canvas prints by Wednesday 2nd December to gaurentee Christmas delivery. For print only products the cutoff date is Wednesday 9th Dec. 

I live in your neigbourhood, can I just come to your house an buy a print direct from you instead?
No sorry, all my products are printed to order. This website is the best way to order prints. 

Do you offer other paper stocks? 
Yes! I can offer prints in Fine Art Paper and 100% cotton rag. Contact me if you'd like to order prints in different paper stocks. 

Why don't you have locations on most of your photos? 
Out of respect to local surfers, I try not to give away locations. If you have a particular beach or area that you're after a print of, contact me on hello@rambo-estrada.com

I've seen another of your images I really like that's not available on your print store. Is it possible to get it as a print?
Possibly. Not all images I post are suitable for large format printing, but email me on hello@rambo-estrada.com and I'll let you know.

I placed an order but I haven't recieved a confirmation.
You should recieve an automated email with your order details at the time of purchase. These emails sometimes have a tendency of getting filtered into junk mail, so most likely that is where you'll find it. Otherwise email me on hello@rambo-estrada.com
